Angela works closely with each client to understand their vision, customize the space, and ensure every detail is just right - from the first walkthrough to the final guest departure. Jorden is a well-known chef in the Greater Mankato Area with over 25 years of professional experience. Jorden’s high level of commitment, excellence, and passion for cooking is evident in each dish he creates. He brings his creativity to his culinary craft and can customize his recipes to guest preferences.  Understanding the importance a delicious meal has for each event, he takes great pride in ensuring we exceed our guest expectations.  He enjoys preparing Mexican and Italian dishes.

SALES & EVENTS MANAGER

Emma is responsible for managing and planning all events. With an exceptional eye for detail, Emma coordinates all the event details from the menu selections, set up needs, timelines, guest rooms, and financials. Whether it's a corporate meeting, wedding, or special event, her focus on quality and service ensures everything runs smoothly.
